Return Policy

All claims for shortage, manufacturers’ defects, shipment error, incompatibility, or incorrectly ordered merchandise must be made within ten (14) calendar days after the invoice date.

Please call to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. No returns will be accepted without RMA number.

All other claims made after the 14th day but before the 30th day following the Invoice date will be considered based upon the "time value" of the merchandise. We reserve the option to accept or reject non-defective returns.

Items from 'Back-Stock' (discontinued item with limited stock on hand) are final sales and non-returnable for credit. Items that are Bad Out Of The Box or otherwise defective will still be accepted for return if claim is made within the 10-day window.

A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns with a valid RMA number. You must return merchandise to us within five (5) calendar days after the RMA is issued. If the merchandise is not returned within the authorized time period, the RMA will be canceled.

Merchandise must be packed securely and be returned to Komsec VMS LLC  undamaged, and must include original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, documentation, and all other accessories. You will be solely responsible for paying all return freight costs and insurance. It is recommended that all returns be made via traceable carrier such as FedEx, UPS or Certified Mail as

Komsec VMS LLC is not responsible for items that are misdirected or lost in shipment. RMA numbers must be legibly listed on the outside of the carton. We do not accept any shipments without a valid RMA.

Merchandise is subject to testing before replacement will be issued. Komsec VMS LLC sends defective merchandise to the manufacturer which takes about 15 to 30 days in most cases to repair. As soon as we receive the repaired product, we will ship it out. We reserve the right to return to you any non-defective merchandise or any merchandise that does not match the invoice. You will be responsible for all related charges such as shipping, insurance, testing, and handling fee on this matter.


All credits will be issued within 15 business days once we confirm that this is the only solution to solve your return. All returns are subject to twenty percent 20%, restocking fee or current market value at Komsec VMS LLC discretion. All non-product related fees such as shipping, transaction, payment processing, and insurance are not refundable. Our liability shall be limited to the invoiced value of the merchandise or its replacement.
